Drying and Husking Ornamental Corn

There's rain in the forecast, so we moved the drying racks under cover. The ornamental corn husks are just an important as the ears. They should be almost fully dry before you peel them back, otherwise they'll shrivel and not look as nice. Just one sunny labor day weekend and most of these are ready to husk. I did a few already. It's like opening up a little present each time. You're never sure what you're going to get.
