There's nothing better on a summer morning with pure Vermont maple syrup. Our recipe uses fresh-milled flours and extra buttermilk for a rich authentic country taste. Just add milk or water, eggs, and a little vegetable oil. Add your own fresh fruit. Makes great waffles too.
