Gormly's Buttermilk Pancake Mix

Traditional tangy buttermilk pancakes are a family favorite. Bubbly on the griddle and spongy light on the plate! There's nothing better on a summer morning with pure Vermont maple syrup. Our recipe uses fresh-milled flours and extra buttermilk for a rich authentic country taste. Just add milk or water, eggs, and a little vegetable oil. Add your own fresh fruit. Makes great waffles too.

	Real buttermilk powder gives our pancake mix that extra special tangy flavor.
	For best results, don't over-mix the batter. Some lumpiness is good. Let it rest for several minutes to start the leavening action.
	Ladle or pour onto a non-stick pan or griddle. Watch the pancakes rise and bubble up!
	Fluffy light pancakes are easy with our gourmet pancake mix. Each 1 1/2 lb bag makes about 34 large pancakes.
