Vermont Epicurean Maple Horseradish Mustard
A robust combination of real Vermont maple syrup for sweet and fresh grated horseradish for zest, this semi-course stone ground mustard is a favorite on pastrami sandwiches, sausage, and cold meats. Break open the dipping pretzels, but be prepared to eat a whole jar! With a little sour cream, it makes a great chip and veggie dip as well.
Ingredients: Stone Ground Mustard (White Vinegar, Mustard Seed, Water, Salt, Grated Horseradish, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Spices, Natural Flavorings), Sugar, Maple Syrup, Grated Horseradish, Mustard Flour
|Yellow mustard seeds are the mildest variety. Some brown seeds are added for a little more heat. The mixture is soaked in our special vinegar and then stone ground.|
|Only the finest horseradish is used in our mustard, including some grown on our own farm. This initial grate will go back through two more times before the desired fine consistency is achieved.|
