Vermont Epicurean Smoky Habañero Mustard

Our unique mix of habañero and red chili peppers, paprika, garlic, onion, and apple cider vinegar gives a smoky but not-too-hot kick to this stone ground mustard. It makes a classic southwest dip for tortillas and chips. Add a little to your favorite burrito fillings for a great accent flavor. Makes terrific deviled eggs.

Ingredients: Stone Ground Mustard (White Vinegar, Mustard Seed, Water, Salt, Grated Horseradish, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Spices, Natural Flavorings), Sugar, Worcestershire Sauce (Distilled White Vinegar, Anchovies, Garlic, Molasses, Onions, Salt, Sugar, Water, Chili Pepper Extract, Cloves, Natural Flavorings, Tamarind Extract), Apple Cider Vinegar, Paprika, Garlic, Smoked Paprika, Onion, Habanero Pepper, Liquid Mesquite Smoke, Black Pepper, Salt

 A mixture of yellow and brown mustard seeds Both yellow and brown mustard seeds are used for just the right amount of heat. The mixture is first soaked in a unique vinegar brine, then stone ground to the perfect consistency.
Fresh red chili and habañero peppers for the perfect amount of kick Habañero and red chili pepper mash adds just the right amount of light kick to this classic semi-course stone ground mustard. Add welcome zing and flavor to your ho-hum sandwich or leftovers.
